What we do
DTZ Capital Partners Limited (DTZ CP) was established in 2010 to expand DTZ I&AM into the pooled vehicle funds management business, by leveraging DTZ’s global strength and building upon its strong performance in the investment management business. The purpose is to provide investors access to real estate assets in select markets by partnering with a leading global real estate company that has skilled real estate professionals who are experienced in executing a range of real estate strategies.
A wholly owned subsidiary of DTZ Holdings Plc, DTZ Capital Partners is headquartered in Hong Kong and will be SFC regulated.
