DTZ paved the way for business in Changsha with a property management consultant and services mandate for Time City, an important residential and commercial project in Changsha developed by Chanfine Group.

Overview

Time City encloses 240,000 sq m of residential space and 160,000 sq m of retail elements and other supporting facilities in a site area of 150,000 sq m. Surrounded by Yulan Road, Tongzipo Road and Lutian Road, the project is located in the west bank region of the Xiang River, with good transport connections.

What DTZ did

• The mandate, together with other service appointments, helped pave the way for DTZ’s venture into Changsha, the dynamic capital of Hunan Province and the location of DTZ’s latest office in mainland China.
• The various types of residential structure in the project as well as the delicate garden design require a comprehensive knowledge of property management that only DTZ can provide.
